Sparkle and Shine
This page was made for Finnabair's Sparkle & Shine Challenge.
First, I created some dimensional mess on the background.
Then I went over the background with gesso, added color with various Prima Color Bloom sprays and Lumiere paints. Then I added some embellishments, sequins and the quote.
